PRICE QUOTE INQUIRY
This is the initial communication we will have. Clients will fill out the price quote request form on our website, which gives us all of the information we need to see if we are a good fit for your needs. You will receive an email shortly after to schedule a phone call so we can discuss your needs in further detail.

NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
This complementary 30 minute consultation takes place in your home. We will get familiarized with your home and your pet's routine and go over any questions you may have. At this time, we will also receive house keys and garage door openers, if applicable. This is a required service and takes place no less than 3 days prior to booking start date. No service will be considered "booked" until a New Client Consultation is completed.

CLIENT PORTAL SETUP
Our Client Portal is an incredibly helpful tool we use in order to serve you and your pets in the most efficient way. Following the New Client Consultation, we will send instructions on how to set up your client portal, which will be our primary source of communication for the duration of our services. You will have access to scheduling services, contracts/agreements, client information, paying invoices, and photos/videos.

BOOKING START DATE
When we have received all necessary paperwork, you will receive a confirmation of your booking dates for services selected. Payment for services are due in full to reserve booking dates. Please complete "Booking Checklist" prior to the first day of the booking.
